Returns Policy

Returns are easy, and for most returns there's no need to contact us. Once you've read the policy below, visit our Returns Center for a shipping label and packing instructions.

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a full refund (We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):

  • any item in new condition with original packaging and accessories

 

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Kitterbox.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

Holiday Returns

We recognize that many customers do their holiday shopping in advance and that this might make it difficult to return gifts within the 30-day time period. Please note that we will accept returns of items purchased between November 15 and December 31 until January 31, 2005. Happy holidays!

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used any time toward your purchases at Kitterbox.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)

Packing and Sending Your Return

Once you have visited our Returns Center and obtained a shipping label, include the packing slip with the items you are returning, repackage the item in the original shipping box, and ship the package to the address on the shipping label.

Returning a Gift? Lost Your Packing Slip?

If you are returning a gift, please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip, include the packing slip with the item you are returning, repackage the item in the original shipping box and ship the package to the appropriate address below.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the appropriate address below:
